Strengths: When you watch Eagles on tape and see him in person, the first thing that sticks out to you is his size. Eagles is a legit 6-foot-4, has long arms and is a mismatch nightmare on the outside. He has strong hands and can high point the ball, making him a big-time red zone receiver. His speed is underrated as he can take a short pass all the way to the end zone with ease.

Areas of improvement: Eagles is still somewhat raw in his route running and technique. He often relies on his size and athleticism, which is fine at the high school level. But he will have to fine-tune his routes when he advances to college.

Offers: Auburn, Baylor, Florida, Florida State, Georgia, LSU, Michigan State, Ohio State, Oklahoma, Texas, USC and others.

Additional info: Foster was a first-team all-district selection last season as he recorded 55 receptions for 1,069 yards and 13 touchdowns. He received an invitation to The Opening Finals in Oregon.
