Position: Offensive Guard
Class: 2018
Jersey Number: 75
Ht/Wt: 6-2, 350

One of the top prospects in East Texas this recruiting cycle, Hines is a mauling interior offensive lineman that uses his brute strength to overpower small defenders. Hines knocks down defenders with ease and makes them fly on occasion. Once he gets his hands on you, it’s hard to get around him. He’s just so big. Hines can also take up multiple defenders at each time and is simply a monster in the trenches.

Areas of improvement:
Hines already weighs 350 pounds, so it will be interesting to see how his body develops. Hines might have to play nose tackle at the next level.

Committed to LSU.

Additional info:
Hines earned first team all-district honors as a junior.
